We ran into this issue with a daily covid heath survey as well. Scrambling to provide answers as to why my form broke at 4:00 AM to my manager and VP was ridiculous to just say because MS has a 50k response limit. They didn't believe it was true and I had to find your documentation to prove it.
I also have 6 different Power Automate flows tied to this form to emails managers when someone reports sick, etc. and those all had to be changed. With our approx. 1000 employees who are going into the facilities everyday I'll have to do this all again in 50 days. Oh, and then there is the redirect to the new form that doesn't work until they clear their cache.
Please take this seriously!
