The results do auto-updated in real time, BUT you had to have created your Forms survey or quiz using O365, not the Forms app. This was my issue also and it should be made very clear that if using just Forms that the resulting Excel file has zero connection to or relationship with the input once it is created. You really have to create the form in OneDrive for Business or Excel for the Web in order to get any benefits of dynamic updates. Finding this information is next to impossible and would have saved me a ton of cycles.

Is this on the radar? Needed very badly. Otherwise, each time a form is updated you basically have to deprecate the earlier version and create a brand new form, which makes reporting out through PowerBI a serious overhead.

Same issue. This is a huge problem for data that needs to be pulled into PowerBI. Must be able to go back into Forms and make corrections and updates.
