  3. allow form responses to be sent to an email or multiple emails. we are trying to use microsoft form instead of google docs to no avail

  6. When a form is Submitted multiple users from the list should receive an Email notification.

    Dear Forms Pro Users,
    Thank you for your suggestion. We have added this item to the backlog. The feature we are thinking is to notify a preconfigured set of email address at a survey level to be notified whenever the survey response is submitted by respondents.

How it works
