  5. allow forms where once an answer is selected by anybody, the option is removed from the availabale answers

    Great idea however I would like to have it more automated and have it tied to a online calander such as outllok or exchange this way as appointments are requested the details are added to the calander.

    I would realy like it where I can some text bold this way important info can be made bold and be able to increase or decress text size. This is important so that users can see the text easer and not missing inprotant instuctions for each specific form
