Need to be able to transfer ownership of a form & results sheet without breaking link. Employees leave or change job roles and they need to be able to give ownership to someone else. Google has been doing this for years and years.

    Dear Forms customers,

Thanks for your patience for the long wait on file upload.

File upload v1 – for internal survey, has been enabled on full production. It would be great if you could provide feedback for us. This survey may take you about 3 minutes to finish.

We are working with SharePoint team to enable file upload v2 – for external survey, we will reach out your soon for more feedback.

    Thank you for your time!

We need to not only be able to transfer ownership to another person, but also have it not break the Form link.

If they allowed Sections or Pages, branching could be done on answers by going to page instead of question. Group questions on Sections/Pages. Then allow one more additional branch at the section/page level at the bottom of the page to go to next page, or a specific page to continue. This is how Google Forms work and WE NEED THIS PLEASE!

When using the Multiple choice question - adding a lot of items does turn it into a drop down list, however, if there are 50 choices in that list, it's one long list. No scroll bar inside that list window. It should be a list that shows maybe 10 selections with a scroll bar inside that short list of options. I would paste screenshots, but this doesn't allow me to.

    Thanks for your suggestion!

SharePoint page support embed content. Currently you can copy the embed code of a form (click “Share” button, select “Embed” in “send and collect responses” section ) and past the code to SharePoint. The form will show as a web part on Sharepoint page.
We will continue thinking about improving the experience.
