    Dear Forms customers,

Thanks for your patience for the long wait on file upload.

File upload v1 – for internal survey, has been enabled on full production. It would be great if you could provide feedback for us. This survey may take you about 3 minutes to finish.
    https://aka.ms/fileuploadfeedback

We are working with SharePoint team to enable file upload v2 – for external survey, we will reach out your soon for more feedback.

    Thank you for your time!

We really need this quite quickly. At the moment we are forced to use third-party form builders because of Forms doesn't currently have this functionality. We would then want to use Flow to handle responses and uploads but we are restricted because the third-party connector doesn't get attachments only responses. Being able to do this with Forms, where files are uploaded to SharePoint, would really help solve this problem.

I have just completed the survey. This is something we could absolutely use right away as we are looking at a 3rd party company for exactly this functionality as it is missing in Microsoft Forms. Looking forward to hearing updates on this one.

    Hi dear all,

Please let us know more of this feature. In particular,

    1. When you search for some results, which one(s) they will used as search criteria
    o Form designers
    o Forms responders
    o Keyword in Form title
    o Keyword in Forms question
    o Keyword in Form responses
    o Others?

    2. What result you expect to see as Preview in what format?

    3. When export the result, what’s the preferred format?
    o PDF for each responses?
o A single file for all responses, eg Excel, CSV
o A Jason blob contains all responses

    4. How updated the SCC data need to be? Daily update, hour update or real time?

    1. When you search for results, which one(s) they will use as search criteria
    Very important:
    Form designers
    Form responders
    Keyword in title
    Date of submission
    Date of creation
    Nice to have:
    Keywords in question body
    Keywords in responses

    2. What results do you expect as Preview and in what format
I expect to see some kind of table of results that can be downloaded as a csv or Excel spreadsheet. This would allow some analytics to be done one who is creating forms and how often, who is responding and how often, etc.

    3. When exporting the results, what is the preferred format
A single file for all responses in Excel or CSV

    4. How updated the SCC data need to be?
I foresee using this as an analytics tool. Updated hourly would be good, rea-time would be ideal.

As a school it is very important to be able to review any form that is sent out to users. I agree with this comment that a governance and eDiscovery center for administrators would be a great improvement.

Along with the ability to allow users to upload attachments, it would be ideal to redirect users to another web page of our choosing. It would be great to have this functionality.

It is vital that we can have administrative control over Forms. As an admin, I would want to be able to take over a Form (if someone leaves or is absent), monitor how forms are being used (because we are a school security is of utmost importance), analyse amount of use and who is using Forms. Without some kind of admin control none of this is possible. I am often asked to help with a Form or help get it set up, it would be so much better if I could get into the Form without waiting to be sent a link.
    Thank you.

It would be very useful, for choice-type questions, to be able to do one of the following for questions with more than 10 choices: 1) connect to a SharePoint list 2) upload choices from a SharePoint list 3) connect to an Excel spreadsheet (stored in SharePoint or OneDrive) 4) upload from an Excel spreadsheet.

I agree. I have had several requests for a poll with a display that shows the results as they come in. Embed code that could be put on a SharePoint page would be idea.

It would be ideal if responses from Forms could be stored in SharePoint lists as they are using Infopath. We are very hesitant to use Forms when we cannot know where and how the data is stored.
