More ideas so forms is more intresting

The form's title and subtitle as well as the date the form was completed should be on the print.

It's sounds trivial, but to define the name of a form, would be really nice.

Currently, the headline text, which also the customer sees, is the name. That makes no sense, if you not want to let the customer see some internal project names.

Be able to use the setting for one person response for a certain time of the day, but can be set up for multiple days to not have to rest each and every day. Also have the spreadsheet record by day as well and automatically create a new tab per day.

Instructions are given till the form is complete, but how do I open it for response? It doesn't work in my meeting in MS Teams (link in the chat, everybody sees the questions but I am the only one to fill the answers). This is the link that Forms generated:

It would be great if you had the option to read in the answer field via "Scan". For example, read in an EAN or a serial number in the answer field with the mobile phone camera.

German: Es wäre toll, wenn man die Option hätte, das Antwortfeld auch per "Scan" einzulesen. Zum Beispiel einen EAN einlesen oder eine Seriennummer ins Antwortfeld mit der Handykamera.

Users should be able to change the text font and style of the text used to describe the sections and questions. Also, it would be very useful to have an undo feature in case you make changes to the text you don't want.

Buen dia en la parte correspondiente a la pregunta no esta la opción para incluir lenguaje matemático solo se puede realizar de forma como un subtitulo y se se va a realizar una pregunta no se puede incluir el lenguaje matematico. Tambien deberia incluir todo el lenguaje matematico como lo son funciones trigonometricas derivadas e integrales etc

We have the ability to access Forms but we are not able use them in PowerPoint desktop version because our university has blocked the add-in store so we cannot add Forms to our documents.

Please can you make it assessible without being blocked by the add-in or at least allow the online versions of Word/PowerPoint to have access to it without needing to go to the add-in store.
