I surveyed my teams knowledge of the various main topics in Azure. Based on that feedback I have organised weekly training sessions and other materials to help bring everybody up to speed. I have now copied the survey re-sent it to see what progress has been made. Making this easier to do and automatically linking the 2 surveys (and any future surveys) would be great. With this feature you could perhaps ass reminders to act on the feedback, prompts to resurvey people to measure impact...

This way an approver of a flow can see what the person submitted in the form to allow them to make a decision based off of that.

The team could access individual responses (not just the summary graphs), but not everyone in the team would be able to modify (and accidentally delete) the questionnaire.

It is too easy to delete all, but sometimes it it not enough to just see the summary of answers.

in a form at the bottom of the form a link is displayed "Create your own form". If a person clicks on it, a screen with all of my forms that i have created will be displayed. This is not good for teachers who use this software.

This makes it easier than typing the two separate solutions to some equations. For example, the solution to 10x^2 - 6 = 9x has two solutions that can be written as one expression using a +/- character. Students are used to seeing solutions written this way in text books.

Currently a user dies not know if the form is anonymous.

Why and how can I export to excel?

A member of staff is leaving the organization. They have a number of forms for Excel on their OneDrive that other staff can edit. When they leave, their OneDrive will be deleted - which means we will lose the forms they've created - and we need to continue using them. What can we do?

Should have an option to make the form public with start and end date

Allow students to see the comments as they are answering the questions.

It would be good to be able to start of a new form and then assign various questions in it to different people.
This would bring MS Forms into the realm of a workflow/checklist tool such as Manifestly or Process Street, as most of the functionality is already there for creating a checklist. The integration with MS Flow would make this a great tool for this use.

１．Formsで送信された回答結果が１件であるのに対し、Forms用Excelに転記された回答結果が複数件（2件～約４０件）になる、という事象が多数発生しております。

２．Formsで回答が送信された後、管理者用Formsの回答結果にはそれが直ちに反映されるが、Forms用Excelへは何日も経過しないと転記されない、という事象が多数発生しております。
