There should be an option to restrict the user to make changes though he/she can take out the excel file for reference.

The current Responses page for general public is so confusing. The only way it shows results is in separate sections for each question, and listing the top <n> responses in that! This in itself is very confusing - it should list one person's responses together, not responses from multiple people for the same question together. Most people are not able to understand the current response page as the 'summary of issue' are all written together, and the 'details of the issue' are written separately. Also, why does it list only latest 3/6 responses. Why not all ?

On forms I'd like to be able to
indent questions
removing numbering
have pull downs for more questions if they would like to submit more than the required responses
have a times feature
Allow file upload
add if then feature with check boxes to required questions

Outside organization users answears are unlimited and as an effect I have one person registerred 4times to the same event.
If required field such as email.would have an option not to allow multiple occurance it would limit each person to just one form.

pratice test when somone clicks a answer like the leter c it would show that it is correct or incorrect is there a way to do that

It'll be better to add cross distribute analysis for NPS result, e.g. what's the DSAT distribution of Detractors.

If a quiz set has a pattern of 4 options/choices, I expect the AI/intelligence layer to add 4 options by default in the questions to follow. Currently it is preset to 2 options only and will have to keep pressing "Add Option" in every question. It would be nice for your AI layer to predict such things.

After adding options to a question, the tab order takes you to copy question, move up options before going to "Add new". In general, if we have some mechanism to customize tab order, it would be great.

The Forms web part does not expose the Respondent name or email address. This would be very helpful!

When the quiz is filled out or the group form, I would like to have the thank you page offer the link so that all can follow the other responses.
