  1. Quiz Score Available to MS Flow

When a employee completes a quiz. It would be advantageous to our organization to have their score of the quiz be a comparison item for Microsoft Flow. This way we can email the employee to take the quiz again if score unsatisfactory or we can update our assignment list to note this employee has completed the quiz.

  2. add digital signature

I ask that you please add the digital signature to the application-forms, as one of the options to add a literal return, list selection, etc. The plug-in is necessary for ongoing administrative forms of schools which parents must sign. I know that digital signature application technology is known to Microsoft. Would change to be implemented in the coming days to the schools who have organizational 365 system can promote its use.

  5. Provide a quicker way to add multiple options in an "option" style question

Many times, the list of options for a question of type "option" comes from some external source. Occasionally there are relatively many options (e.g.: a list of class members)
At this time, the only way to add them, is to repeatedly click "add option" and enter the text.
It should not be hard to create a way to paste a delimited text that adds all "items" as options to the question (and from there on, it's probably not hard to create even better options).

Note: even better would be if you could point Forms to an existing file (e.g. some…

  6. allow partial credit for answers on MS quiz

Let's say it's a multiple answer question, and there are only two correct answers. But the respondent checks three answers (two of their choices are the correct answers). They should receive partial credit for this, since they did in fact get the answers correct. So if the question was worth 2 points, but they marked three choices, MS forms scores it as a 0/2. Why?

  7. Restrictions

It would be good if there were other restriction options other than just on 'numbers'. For example, I often want to restrict the number of words/characters for a response to avoid overly lengthy responses.

  8. Date Format

Could Microsoft please change the date format in FORMS. It is very confusing to people who do not use MM/DD/YYYY. Our date format here in Australia is DD/MM/YYYY. Could it please be more flexible.

  9. have matching as a question option for quizzes.

I would like to have a question type where students taking the quiz can match items from one column with items in another column.

  12. remove the "create your own form" link once a response has been submitted

Once a response has been submitted, an option to "create your own form" is provided. Suggestion would be to remove this and only accept responses from this link vs. creating a new survey.

  13. SAVE/PRINT button before submitting

Since once the form is submitted, respondents cannot view the form again, it would be very beneficial to provide a SAVE/PRINT button next to the SUBMIT button.

  14. Pass default values to form through URL query string

We would get much more mileage out of the forms feature if we could pass default values in the form URL that are set when the form opens.

For example we are asking some 100 users to fill out the same form, but some values we want to preset for some groups of users.

  16. all users to import questions from other test banks.

I have tests created in Word, ExamView, Blackboard, and it would be great if I could import from some other format so that I don't have to rewrite my questions. I am just now looking into adopting forms and Classroom for my class, and this would make the decision to switch to Microsoft much easier. Thanks!

  17. Score in multiple answers

In case of multiple answers, point should be given to answers, instead of to questions, otherwise partial corrected answers will not be considered.
There should be the possibility to give a negative score to incorrect answers.

  19. Allow for the responders name or email address to be present in the list of responders and not "anonymous"

When a form is sent out to someone outside of your network, the responder comes back as Anonymous. This makes it hard to track who has responded.

  20. Specify a certain number of choice of one answer

Limit number of choices in multiple choice
In Microsoft Forms currently it is possible to have multiple choice questions were we can set only one choice or many choices. I would like to see an option were we can have specified number of choices allowed, say 2, 3 or 4 out of the available options. Instead of One or all.
