Enable uploading and downloading a form
It would be great to be able to upload a form stored as an Excel file, as well as download a form as an Excel or Word file.

Better inharts in tegration with PowerPoint, so you can conduct live surveys
Being able to ask a audience a question and let them use their mobile device to feedback is great, and you can do this with forms.... but its clunky and can easily for wrong this would make forms sooo much better

More options for video upload - e.g. Stream, OneDrive
It would be nice if videos could be uploaded from the computer, OneDrive or Stream, not just from YouTube.

Transfer ownership of Forms from one group to another group
Ability to transfer ownership of a Form from one Office 365 Group to a different Office 365 Group. Often one group will create the forms during a time-limited project but then need to hand over the form at the end of the project to a different group who will use, manage and maintain the form moving forwards. Currently there is no obvious way to move a form out of one group to a different group.

Add Check Box
Add an option for a simple check box instead of just radio button selections. This would be more useful when creating a true form type entry and not a quiz or survey where you may have multiple choice.

New field type: Person lookup
Hi,
It would be very useful to be able to have a lookup field for looking up persons in the organization. Similar to the Person field type in Sharepoint.408 votes -
have matching as a question option for quizzes.
I would like to have a question type where students taking the quiz can match items from one column with items in another column.

Allow the full form to be sent via email. 50%+ higher response rates when the survey is in the email body, saving respondents a click.
Include the survey/form within the body of an email message in addition to the link to the survey. Response rates are higher when participants can respond from within the body of an email message.

Add the option to copy a question form one form to another
This feature would allow teachers to share questions with other teachers and to create question banks

Add Captcha section at end of form
If the form is open to the general public, then I guess it is vulnerable to spamming. It would be good to add a Capthcha section at the end, to weed out the bot-responses.

Limit number of choices in multiple choice
In Microsoft Forms currently it is possible to have multiple choice questions were we can set only one choice or many choices. I would like to see an option were we can have specified number of choices allowed, say 2, 3 or 4 out of the available options. Instead of One or all.

Integrate Forms with SharePoint.
The ease of use Forms provide would make building request apps, approval apps, and calendar apps much easier.

Allow multiple forms to be assigned to single workbook as separate sheets
My scenario: I run multiple trainings each week. I create Forms from Excel to tie the data to OneDrive and Sharepoint (depending), which is great, but each form has to be in a separate workbook, even though it creates a new sheet for the form. It would be VERY helpful to generate multiple forms from a single workbook, each as its own sheet, so I could collect all forms for a particular class, topic or timeframe, as I see fit.

Allow text and Images between questions
You should be able to place text or an image between questions. This text is unrelated to a question and allows to have headers for different sections. This is the major sticking point

Access control management
Currently Microsoft Forms support only 2 permission level
1. Anyone with the link can respond (This enables both internal and external user to access and respond to the form)
2. Only people in my organization can respond (This enables only internal people to respond to the form). In case if we need to control within the organization for a particular group of people then it is not possible in Forms today. Say for. eg., if I want to conduct a confidential survey within my department then it is not possible to control the access within my department. This is very…
