  1. Allow multiple responses, but provide a cap to the number of responses.

    Forms and quizes need an option to and allow multiple responses from a single user, but to limit the number of responses to a number selected by the form's author.

    An example of this would be allowing a student to re-take a quiz if they failed it the first time. The teacher decides that they want to give the student up to 3 attempts to pass the quiz. Or a student passes the quiz the first try, but thinks they can do better the second time. The original scores would still be recorded, but the highest score is the one…

  2. anonymous indicator - let end user know if form is or is not set to anonymous

    End users currently have no idea if a survey is set to anonymous or not. They have to trust that the person sending the link is telling the truth. The form should always shows its tracking status to the end user so they have full confidence that the survey is not recording their name.

  3. Limit access within org for designated users

    I would love the ability to share with only certain levels of employees here within the org. Currently, only options are anyone with link, and only people within org. Need to distinguish levels, job titles, etc.

  4. security role for reviewer

    Having only 2 roles (admin and responder) is limiting. I would like to have a 'reviewer' role where someone can review responses, but in a Read Only model. Currently, anyone with the link to see responses can delete them.

  5. Restrict access to summary view

    Once the response summary link is generated, it is publicly accessible and there is nothing you can do about it anymore.

    Please make it possible to remove the link so that it cannot be accessed anymore or add at least the option to share it only inside my organization.

  6. Set permissions to select “Everyone with the link” per user

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):
    「リンクにアクセスできるすべてのユーザーが回答可能」を選択できる権限を、ユーザー毎に設定したい
    Set permissions to select “Everyone with the link” per user

    ■Description(内容):
    現在、管理者が「リンクにアクセスできるすべてのユーザーが回答可能」を許可すると、テナント内の全ユーザーが社外向けアンケートを作ることができる。
    これを、社外アンケートを作成できるユーザーを指定できるようにしたい。

    Currently, administrators can allow use of the “Anyone with the link” sharing setting, allowing all users in the tenant to create surveys for users outside the company.
    Please make it possible to limit this specifically to users whose role is to create these.

  7. Provide the "API for external access" to Microsoft Forms as well.

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):外部からアクセスするための API について

    Provide the "API for external access" to Microsoft Forms as well.

    ■Description(内容):
    現時点では Microsoft Forms では外部からアクセスするための API は提供されておらず、外部プログラムから情報を取得できません。そのため、今後の機能の向上ため、Microsoft Forms においても外部からアクセスするための API の提供を要望いたします。

    Lately, I am concerned that the information from external programs cannot be obtained because API for external access is not provided as a current Microsoft Forms feature.

    In order to make a more user-friendly function, please consider providing "API for external access" to Microsoft Forms as well.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  8. Implement control on address book policy as well as PeoplePicker in Microsoft Forms

    In an environment with address book policy set and PeoplePicker controlled, Microsoft Forms alone does not allow the search function.
    Our organization is a university where many users from within and without the nation exist. If this user search could not be controlled, both domestic and foreign personal information protection laws would be violated.
    Therefore, when sharing with specific users using Forms' "Share to collaborate", please allow control on address book policy and PeoplePicker.

  10. Enable the Ability to Specify Collaborators

    Enable the Ability to Specify Collaborators

    Allowing Collaboration with the link, even when limited to the domain, is a horrible idea! If someone gets that link they can do what they want the form and the data that's been input! Please enable the ability to specify specific O365 users as collaborators.

  11. Field Privacy settings in Forms

    Field Privacy settings. It should be possible to indicate if data entered in a form field should be:
    a) publicly visible (in public result report etc)
    or
    b) only visible to specific people / c) people in your organization (especially important if collecting user information in Forms) If set, the data would only be shown if you have rights to it.

  15. Clearly show the domain of the form owner

    To prevent forms from being used on personal accounts within a professional environment, as well as forms being used for social hacking / stealing personal data / phishing, there should be a clear mention of the domain of the form owner, visible to the respondent!

    In excel forms it is already clear that a form belongs to domain.sharepoint.com through the URL. However, MS Forms uses forms.office.com both for personal and professional forms. There is no mention of the organisation or domain visible for the respondent.

    This creates a serious risk of forms being abused to trick employees into giving away…

  16. Change the default setting to from "record name"=checked to NOT checked or provide a way to configure the default

    As default the names will be recorded ("record name"=checked) when setting up a survey in the organization.
    Data privacy officers complained in my company: it should be configurable for the company to have it checked by default or not, or the default should be "not checked" and be customizable by the survey author

  18. Add a password function for sharing links in Forms

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):

    Add a password function for sharing links in Forms

    ■Description(内容):
    Forms の共有リンクにパスワードを設定できれば、アクセスできるユーザーを制限できるので、セキュリティも向上するし、利便性も高まるので実現してほしい。

    If it was possible to set a password for sharing links in Forms, you could restrict the users who can access it, improve security, and make it more convenient, so please add this.
