  2. Add Captcha section at end of form

If the form is open to the general public, then I guess it is vulnerable to spamming. It would be good to add a Capthcha section at the end, to weed out the bot-responses.

  3. remove the "create your own form" link once a response has been submitted

Once a response has been submitted, an option to "create your own form" is provided. Suggestion would be to remove this and only accept responses from this link vs. creating a new survey.

  4. Add access restriction instead of all organization users

Add option to access restriction to specific active directory security groups which can contains set of users.

This will improve on Microsoft Forms security aspects.

  5. eDiscovery - view and export all forms

For eDiscovery purposes, need a way to view and export all forms for all users. Ideally, it would be discoverable from Security & Compliance Center

    o Others?

    2. What result you expect to see as Preview in what format?

    3. When export the result, what’s the preferred format?
    o PDF for each responses?

  7. Add an option to collect Name and Email

The on/off setting to collect the Name and Email would be a great help to the form. We can avoid these options in survey and focus only on Survey questions.

In further we can couple of fucntionalities as follows
    1. Avoid duplicate response with same email
    2. User will have ability to update the response by sending an unique link as part of survey response.
    3. Email validation ca be done.
    4. Have an option to email validation to avoid unnecessary submissions.

  8. Avoid Duplicate entries from External User

For corporates the Form should have Option to restrict users to submit only once. Avoid Duplicate Entry in forms. Also there are no Fonts Option

  9. Allow or deny external sharing based on the form creators' group membership or role.

For the majority of our users, we want to disable external sharing of any forms they create but we do have a small group for whom external sharing is essential and we want to be able to switch it on for certain users rather than on/off at the tenant level.

  10. locking form to prevent deleting in error

An option to lock the form with a padlock symbol, or similar to know its safe from being deleted, especially when many users are working on it and sharing

  11. Access control management

Currently Microsoft Forms support only 2 permission level
    1. Anyone with the link can respond (This enables both internal and external user to access and respond to the form)
    2. Only people in my organization can respond (This enables only internal people to respond to the form).

In case if we need to control within the organization for a particular group of people then it is not possible in Forms today. Say for. eg., if I want to conduct a confidential survey within my department then it is not possible to control the access within my department. This is very…

  13. Limit access within org for designated users

I would love the ability to share with only certain levels of employees here within the org. Currently, only options are anyone with link, and only people within org. Need to distinguish levels, job titles, etc.

  14. Restrict access to summary view

Once the response summary link is generated, it is publicly accessible and there is nothing you can do about it anymore.

Please make it possible to remove the link so that it cannot be accessed anymore or add at least the option to share it only inside my organization.

  15. security role for reviewer

Having only 2 roles (admin and responder) is limiting. I would like to have a 'reviewer' role where someone can review responses, but in a Read Only model. Currently, anyone with the link to see responses can delete them.

  16. Allow multiple responses, but provide a cap to the number of responses.

Forms and quizes need an option to and allow multiple responses from a single user, but to limit the number of responses to a number selected by the form's author.

An example of this would be allowing a student to re-take a quiz if they failed it the first time. The teacher decides that they want to give the student up to 3 attempts to pass the quiz. Or a student passes the quiz the first try, but thinks they can do better the second time. The original scores would still be recorded, but the highest score is the one…

  17. Audit logs for Microsoft Forms

As with Teams etc, it would be great to have auditing information for forms appearing in the Security and Compliance Center in O365. We are often asked whether a form response was received by a particular user (for forms filled in by users within our organization) and it would be really useful to be able to do log searches to prove whether a user really did hit that submit button or not.

  18. Grant granular control for Group Form permissions

I think it would be useful if group members permission levels ( view, edit, full control) determined the level of control that the group member has in the Group Form. Basic level would be to view data and the higher level would be deleting records.

  19. Administration, Search and Compliance, GDPR

Will Security and Compliance center search within Forms. Concerned information collected may conflict with GDPR.
