1. ## Add a question from another form

When adding a question, give an option to add a question from an existing form. This effectively means all questions ever used can be accessed, almost like a question bank. This would save tonnes of time.
So you click Add Question, click Add Question from Form..., select the Form you want to get a question from, then the questions on that form are displayed with an add button next to them. You can add multiple questions from that form and hit finish when done. Something like that!

2. ## Have a response limit to multiple response choice questions e.g. select TWO from the following

Have a response limit to multiple response choice questions e.g. select TWO from the following (user can only select two)

3. ## GPS location

GPS Location & Coordinates - Integration with Bing Maps allowing the Forms author to add a location, or the respondent to add GPS coordinates and a map screenshot. For example, one question could be "Where are you?" and the answer will be GPS based and pin on a Bing Map. For the results summary, the Forms owner will see the location of all respondents. Or, on a quiz, the question could be to name the country shown on the map. For a respondent, they may want to include a GPS coordinate to further describe an answer.

4. ## Optional Comments field for each question

Allow to select an optional comments section for each question.
So users can be prompted to put in optional comments into a related question without having to ask another question just for comments.

e.g. Which is you favorite sport?
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
Option 4

Comments - user input I like Option 4 as that is my favourite number too.

Like it for all question types.

For results add another column in excel with question number_comments for the column name.

5. ## Add a free-form quantitative response option for matrix-type questions.

Similar to the Likert, be able to have the user fill in a number for each combination of Option and Statement. Each grid square could accept a number response. It's essentially a small spreadsheet grid for responses.

6. ## Integrate math more seamlessly

I wish you could enter equations seamlessly INTO questions or answer options, like for example (using LaTeX notation):
"If two forces $\vec{F1}$ and $\vec{F2}$ are perpendicular to each other then the sum of the two forces is $\Sigma F = \sqrt{F1^2+F2^2}$.

When I wanted to pose this to my students as a true/false question, I had to change it to
"If two forces are perpendicular to each other then the sum of the two forces is" and then in the subtitle of the question, using math mode:
"\Sigma F = \sqrt{F1^2+F2^2}"

It is much…

7. ## Word limit in the free text boxes (e.g. limit 100 words)

There needs to be a way of limiting the amount of free text that can be entered in box.

e.g. "IF" the Rating is lower than 5 Points -> fill out the Text Box with comments.
e.g. "When" Answer is xxx, -> fill out the Text Box with comments.

10. ## Attach pictures or files when answering a form question

Could you enable the facility to allow a respondent to attach evidence in the way of a picture or file?

Character limitations = possibility to limit responses to be within a given width (say 50 - 100 characters or whatever you decide on a given text answer)

Possibility to instructions = possibility to give a written instruction before a series of questions.

12. ## String Validation

Add the possibility to add basic validation upon input fields according to its type.
For string would be nice to match lenght and at least the occurence of spaces or other special characters.
For dates the match would be before/after some day.
Boolean and currencies types are missing.

Be able to have a country type of question or option that put in a list of countries by default. Without ha ing to manually add them all to each form.

14. ## For the likert question type allow more than 7 answers.

For the likert scale it works really well if you have a series of questions that are on a scale of 1-5. In fact it appears to be able to go up to 7 choices. It would be nice if this could match the rating option to allow up to 10.

15. ## Within the Matrix/Likert style questioning, allow for more 'statements' to be listed.

When using the Matrix/Likert style question format, I need to be able to list more 'statement' options along the left side. Currently it only allows for 10. Can this be adjusted to create unlimited amount of statements within one question?

16. ## I would like to see optional chart for answers. (Smiley face)

What I would love to see is possibilities to choose different smileys. Happy, neutral, sad or angry.

17. ## add regular expression validation, email and URLs

I pay for Microsoft Office 365 Business and it's such a shame to have to stick with Google Forms because of the BIG lack of this kind of validations on the data input! Having regular expressions, email validation, string length validation and URL format validation would really be enough for me to finally switch to MS Forms!

18. ## enable limited votes per option

When setting up appointments, I would like to have each option available only once or for a limited number so that when it is selected by that amount of participants it is no longer available to anyone else who accesses the form

There needs to be a way that you can set up a multiple choice question to give +1 point for each each correct answer given, and -1 point for each incorrect answer given.

At the moment, Forms only allows for 'max' marks, or no marks to be given (so if a student get 2/3 correct, Forms gives that student 0 - as they are not ALL correct).

20. ## make answer choices movable so that I can reorder multiple choice answers

I would like to be able to reorder questions when creating or editing a multiple choice question answer bank. Currently I have to add the new choice at the bottom and delete answers above and retype them in to place my answers in a specific order.
