Provide the availability to look back on the answered contents previously in Forms.
Currently, we feel inconvenienced that there is no way to confirm what you actually answered of the previous questionnaire in Forms. Since the users cannot confirm what they sent by itself as a history, it makes them uneasy so far. So that, we expect the availability will be provided that can look back on the answered contents easily.

It would be a time saver if at the top of a new Form being used for a quiz, there was an option for how many questions and how many multiple choices. Each week I do a vocabulary quiz that ranges from ten to fifteen words. Instead of using "Add a question" to set up each question, it would be nice to just have something said "How many questions will be on this quiz?". Additionally, add a "How many choices will there be for each question?". I usually have five choices, so currently I have to "Add Option" several times". It would also be nice if making questions mandatory, and shuffling the choices were one click options for the whole quiz.

University school and high school students who subscribe to Office 365 should be able to take a quiz on their mobile phone or laptop and the results will be sent back to a school's LMS, e.g. Blackboard, Moodle or Canvas, etc.
Office Mix appears to have some basic LTI integration, https://mix.office.com/en-us/Lti/About. However, Office Mixes with quiz questions do not display correctly on the most common devices, smartphones.
LTI 2.0 integration should allow for grading of multiple-choice questions to be automated, and collected in an LMS.17 votes
I'm working on a quiz via take a test app, but the current input in Forms are not appropriate for advanced math notations and operations. There is no need for Math editor; capturing the handwritten responses is good enough. The analytical tools in Forms can also be turn off for these type of responses.
