I suggest you ...

Make each individual "answer" worth a certain number of points.

I assess students based on their emotional/behavioral health. The answers traditionally have a certain number of points depending on the answer given. I would like to have Forms Auto Score for me to save a little time so I can focus on student needs instead of adding scores together. Thank you for your time.
