■Title(件名):
[共有] 内の設定項目オーバーレイ表示のUI変更
Changes to the overlay view of settings within “Sharing”
***************
■Description(内容):
If you click on “Sharing” on the form editing screen, a lot of settings are displayed and if you are using a small monitor not all of them can be shown. Also, opening the selections for a setting item causes the overlay display to open downwards, but clicking on the browser scroll bar makes the overlay disappear. Please fix the UI so that the selection box can open in an upwards selection.

First of all let me congratulate you on the greatest product that I have come across in the past few years. Yours is the most superior online teaching app that i have come across. however there are a few suggestions
1. we should have the option to toggle between form and quiz ( I had started with a form but I realized that i wanted a quiz in between there was no way I could convert the form to quiz.)
2. There should be a way in which I can save and copy quiz across user ids. I can't seem to copy the quiz I created in my personal account to my working account. It might be okay for official security but it becomes moot when we want to share quiz amongst teachers of sister concern schools.
3. If I want to copy the various question across different forms I am unable to do so.
4. Also there should be an option to delete the grades of the students there are many tests that have been conducted and there is no way that I can delete the previous test that are no longer required.

When sharing the link - it looks aesthetically bad.
Current link appears a long gibberish collection of characters.
Should have a facility to give a "short name" for the link.

This would be ideal for GCC usage of forms, and possibly education as well

Allow sharing a form but without giving the receiver the ability to change anything in the form. This would be useful when giving unified exams to guarantee all forms are the same and created by one person (UTR, Coordinator)

There should be 3 categories for Sharing :
Specific People can Respond
Specific People (Teams) can view only
All in Organisation can View only. -

Customers want the ability to share Responses details with external users.
For example, we assume that external users can view the results by sending a link.
This feature will help customers collaborate with external users to analyze results. -

The responses/results of a Microsoft Form cannot be shared with leaders across an organization in a quick and easy format via e-mail.
We previously used a product called SurveyMonkey. It auto-generated and exported a summary report for close-ended questions as well as open-ended questions. I'm attaching an example. Each question had a dedicated worksheet, and it auto-populated the graph when appropriate. The ability to export Microsoft Forms results in this manner would be a huge benefit. Currently, it takes time for a user to manually manipulate in Microsoft Excel to deliver these same results.

Need a clear way to stop sharing a Microsoft Form, while retaining the collected results for my records. And a way to re-enable sharing but distinguishing the results from each period. A date range for sharing a form would be helpful as well. For example, I have until Monday to collect t-shirt sizes from staff members. After that time, the form will be closed to additional responses.

Once a poll is created in a group, I want a submit button to directly upload to the intended group of people who where part of the meeting. I currently have to share a link with the group.

Yes! We need this. We are using this as a Help Desk in teaching (for students having problems) and only the owner (me) and not my collaborators (TAs) are notified via e-mail of new submissions. We need everyone who is collaborating to be notified of new submissions.

Hello and Bravo for FORMS,
I try to manage my quizzes like following :
1 Create a quizz from my account,
2 Move it to a blank form group where I and my collegues can use it (copy it, modify the title, and then send the link to studiants),
3 when complete, move it with to an archive group share with my collegues to save this form with responses
But after move aform from my account to the blank form group, it is impossible to move it again, anyway for the blank form or a copy.
And I can move completed form to archive group. Is'it a solution or a modification possible ?
Thanks for you help.

yes, highly needed. We have a public form for feedback regarding on of our Teams. It would be much handier if a few of our team members can get alerted instead of just one person. Our work around was to have the "owner" of the form set up a mail forwarding rule for the other collaborators.

I have a consumer account and I'd like to share the results of a form I sent out but it's not letting me. It's absurd that this feature is not turned on for consumers if it already exists for enterprise/edu accounts since I pay for Office too!

Create the ability to share the same One note class with several teams.
To be able to prepare one note class with all of my resources and then adapt it to all of my classes.
