Sharing and collaborating experience in Forms
Ever found any confusion or inconvenience when sending or sharing your forms/quiz? Please leave your comments, feedback and suggestions in this thread. We'd love to hear more about specific scenario or problem you hit!

Dear Forms users,
We are working on it. Hugely appreciated if you could take 3 mins to fill out the survey:
This will help us understand what’s the most important for you and whether we are moving on the right track. Thank you!

some things I would like from Forms are:
-the ability for email alerts to be assigned to different people. I had created a survey for our clients but as the creator, I get the email notifications but I do not handle the feedback. That is someone else.
-the ability to change owner of the form or have the form exist in a sharepoint site. If I were to leave my organisation, then it looks like the forms will all have to be recreated.
-the ability to export results into SharePoint. Right now, I have to download the results into an excel doc on my local device then upload it to the SharePoint site that we keep the results in. -

It would be great if the Forms app had a 'multi-level' approval layer option that did not REQUIRE any pre-programming using power-automate.
To better explain: during COVID19 turnover in organizations is far too great to put extra programming energy using power automate. It would be helpful to have an option where a person could complete the first part of a form, close/save it and forward a link to their supervisor who would then complete their portion of the form, close/save it and forward a link on to their superior who in turn would repeat the process sending it to their designated chosen support area for documentation safekeeping and tracking; at which time the individual would have the ability to review the stops and export it to an excel document for further evaluation as needed.
Needless to say this would have to somewhat work as an honor system process, yet the tracking ability would confirm the approver stops and would be incredibly helpful.

I'm trying to remember the original circumstances I was having when I originally posted it. I believe we were using forms as a sign-up method for a studio tour, and I needed to share the forms data with the people that were organizing the tour so that they could send out additional information (NDA's, and dates and times, etc).
The process we had to go through was every once in a while, I had to log in, (since I was the one to set up the form), and export the data to an excel spreadsheet... and then email that spreadsheet over to the person managing sending out the additional information, who would then check off the people on the list who received and signed the extra info. That system could be drastically simplified if I could share the management/data of the form directly in forms rather than me having to export the data constantly.

My suggestion was merged into this one, but the original idea is not visible anywhere and my suggestion does not appear to be added as a comment to this idea. Seems like it was essentially deleted, along with all the votes for it.
Really poor administration and transparency from uservoice. -

1. Separate the permission to edit the form from the permission to view results
2. Allow ownership of a form to be transferred multiple times
3. Create an admin center for forms auditing, retention & permissions -

Need to be able to transfer ownership of a form & results sheet without breaking link. Employees leave or change job roles and they need to be able to give ownership to someone else. Google has been doing this for years and years.

Group form notifications - the ability to be able to specify who form completion notifications go to is essential

I have a number of KPI forms set up for different areas of the business. I want managers to be able to access their results without giving them editing rights to the questions. I've had a lot of issues with managers getting confused and trying to fill out the form in edit mode and end up with things like name fields changed to "John Smith" instead of "Full Name" or date fields changed to "21/10/2020" instead of "Date of KPI".

I'd like to be able to publish results directly in an Excel spreadsheet which I could share. Google Sheets does this easily.

フォームの外部共有設定をユーザーごとでの制御
Restrict form external sharing settings on a per-user basis
**************
■Description(内容):
現在、外部共有の可否は管理センターにて全ユーザーに適用することは可能ですが、一部ユーザーには共有可能で、一部ユーザーは共有不可といった、ユーザーごとの制御機能が欲しい。Currently, external sharing settings are applied to all users from the admin center, and while it is possible to assign them to sets of users, I would like to be able to permit/deny external sharing on a per-user basis.

When a form is moved to a group, there should still be the ability to limit access to the form by some members or to allow ownership to be transferred to individuals or back to personal. If someone changes jobs or responsibilities, but not everyone in the group needs to see or have results of a form, it would be helpful to ensure the information gathered is going into the correct hands.

Please add admin controls for global admin (or a Forms admin) to restrict:
1) What file types Form owners may use for file upload questions
2) If File Upload question type may be used in generalby preference via controls in the admin center, but I'll take Powershell if that's the only option.

Not good options for conditioning questions. what is available stops short of allowing for a complete "next" option.

I'm using a form as a generic feedback entry mechanism, so I'd actually like to allow the same user to enter in multiple responses using the same link repeatedly, unlike some other users. could this just be a simple toggle setting to either allow multiple responses or not? similar to Google forms?
