現在、Microsoft Forms にて質問作成時の評価項目にてシンボルを数値に設定した場合、1 ～ 10 までの数値を設定できるが、"0" も選択できるような機能や左から "1 ～ 10" でなく "10 ～ 1" など表示する順番などもカスタマイズ可能な機能の拡充を希望します。
