フォームのタイトルと説明文の箇所に関連する画像を表示させたいです。
また、フォームの設問に画像を挿入すると、設問文の右横に表示され大きさが想定よりも小さいです。
希望としては、設問文の上に設問に関連する画像が表示されるようにし、大きさもカスタマイズできるように希望します。

I would like to display images in the title and description areas of forms.
Also, when images are inserted into questions, they are shown to the right of the question text and appear smaller than I would like them to be.
Ideally, I would like to have an image be displayed above the question text and be able to customize the size of it.
