I suggest you ...

I suggest to make option to list all the students in the attendance form and then they can response on the front of their names

The idea is to make more options for the attendance form or sheet that give the teachers option to add students names in a list and the students easly can tick on the front of their names.
for the students list make another option to import the list from word file, pdf or any other files.
