    We are using this quiz in forms as part of a selection process and therefore it is imperative that we know how long the applicant took to complete the form.

    this was requested in November 2016 and nothing has been done so far.. very strange !!!

    Indeed, the option to define the duration of quiz is needed, as this would allow to control the quiz. And, as the timers counts down to zero, the responses could be auto-submitted.

    Forms should have option to give required time limit for the whole quiz and after that time limit quiz end quiz automatic submitted

    I want to set up a quiz which should be answered within 30 minutes but this form should be accessible for 1 month, Whoever answered already should not able to open it again.

    This would be an integral part to include for educating where time constraints are a factor in the use of the information as well as the learning of it.
    PLEASE ADD THIS!!

    I total agree with this idea. Teachers should be able to set the quizzes for specific time period. The end time need to change from hour interval to shorter time frame.

    A general count-down timer which begins the moment a person or student opens and begins the test/questions in Forms would be GREAT. However we should also have the option to hide the timer completely or let it appear at designated intervals, for example, at the half way point of a test and maybe again with 15minutes or 5 minutes left in the test.
