I'm using Microsoft Teams for Office use. We chat with N number of users everyday. All the Chat windows just remains as it is and the only options we have is to MUTE or HIDE the Chat. We need to keep HIDING every chat which is Tidious and Annoying. Along with these two options, we also need to have a DELETE Button so that I can delete the chat if I dont need to keep it. I love this application but not having this feature is really annoying and to keep hiding so many chats takes a lot of time. I think we need to have both DELETE option for a single chat and you should also be able to select multiple user chats with Delete ALL option.
