Video in Form: iPhone cannot play video, cookies blocked
Steps to reproduce:
Using an Apple product (iPhone or iPad), follow link to Return to Work Training on forms.office.com
Successfully login through Microsoft
Expected result: Page loads with video available to play
Actual result: Error message displays instead of video. Message is in regards to cookies being blocked. We have been unable to find a browser setting that allows this video to play on Forms.
For iPhone, clicking the link to open in a new window allows the user to go directly to Microsoft Streams, login again, and play the video. The user can then return to the original tab and access the quiz by clicking 'Next'.
That is not the case for iPad. Click the link to open a new window does load Microsoft Stream in a new tab, but the user is asked to sign in to see content. Clicking the link to sign in produces no result.
I tried opening the link using Chrome on the iPhone and still received the error message. So it's Apple device related and not Safari browser only.
