Right now all the Forms are just in one page and I cannot move them. I have 5 different content classes and I can't search for the Form that I need in an efficient manner. Please create folders that we can label and move forms into. Just like a regular folder on a desktop. It is just a random list. No organization, not efficient, not going to be easy to use in the future.
Dear Forms user,
Appreciated for all your great comments and feedback! We hear you and are actively working on it. Please tell us more about your requirements and needs on Forms organization and management!
Thank you so much for sharing your time!
Microsoft Forms Team
Thanks for the update, @966111106-yuanquan-hu, and for the "tell us more" form link - I completed the feedback form and look forward to seeing this appear on https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=In%20development&searchterms=forms
I'm pleased the feedback form suggested there might be an option for Forms to be stored in SharePoint/OneDrive as this would potentially facilitate the transfer of Forms from one Azure tenant to another (of particular interest to UK schools who migrate to a central multi-academy trust tenant).
Please give users ability to organize forms in MS Forms.
Use same filing system as other Microsoft Software and Operating Systems
Do not create something new.
Give users the option of folders or trees with ability to name, rename, drag and drop, etc.

Hello, I have just seen that their has been changes in the way the forms appear in office 365. I am concern about it because I cannot use the search tool anymore. I have more than 100 forms and it was very usefull. There are still no folders. Is it going to stay like this ?
If the folder option appears, is it possible to please keep the search option.
Now it is impossible to effectively find a form I made last year and I was to use again.
Please tell me thi is not going to last !
Thank you for your attention
Excited to hear that this is currently being worked on! What's the timeline? I've shifted my department over from Google forms to MS Forms in the past few months and it's already disorganized due to the lack of folders.
Please add the folder option to forms.
Please add a feature where we can create folders so that we can organize our forms. Thanks.
Folders for organising forms (as with all documents and other creations) are absolutely essential.
I want to switch to MS Forms from Google Forms, but can't do this until MS Forms allows for the creation of folders. Please add this feature ASAP.
Please add some options for organizing the forms. It is making this great resource difficult to justify using as it is very cumbersone.
My forms area is looking so messy and needs some order, can we get the folders sorted sooner rather than later

PLEASE DO THIS! Forms is great but without the ability to organize them into folders they are of limited value.
Forms needs a folders option. It is difficult to keep things organized.
Folders will certainly help but it would also be interesting to sort our Forms in alphabetical order.
The ability to create folders for the organisation and storage of Forms would be great. Sharing the folders may be handy as well.
thank you for prioritizing this!

Folders would be great, and if the folders were uniquely shareable so different collaborators could access all the forms in a folder rather than having to share all the forms individually.
We use forms for our training program. We have 'colleges' which are focused on different material and each days' material is different. So we have a survey for each day of each college. Folders would help to manage one colleges surveys in a collection vs. having to search an entire list of forms.
Thank you for the update! Ideally to have an option to have organization folders for Forms would be super helpful. For instance, provide an option to input a folder for the year 2020 and then all Forms or Quizes from that year can be placed in the folder to help clean up the view of the initial Forms landing page when logged in.

It would be nice to be able to create folders to organize groups of forms together, similar to how one is able to organize your files on your computer. The current lack of organization is cumbersome and time consuming unless one can recall exactly how they have titled specific forms. Which, of course, when one has MANY forms is a daunting and nearly impossible task.

When I've used other survey tools, I've always moved an old survey/form to a "completed" folder of sorts, so that I could file that away for reference, but don't want it to show up on my main page with active surveys. Once you click on an old survey/form to reference information, it brings it back to the top of your page, which again is confusing and gets in front of your actual active surveys/forms. It would just be helpful to have the ability to create folders for whatever purpose, and move "closed" surveys/forms to a folder for safe keeping, just so that it's not on the homepage.
I don't know why I don't get the option of [Group Forms] when I go to my Forms page. I've seen that other people have it. It would help me to be able to create Forms for learning and teaching purposes and store them together for that Group. I would then duplicate them as necessary to other Groups.
We really need this facility as it is our replacement for the current LMS quizzes.
