Folders
Right now all the Forms are just in one page and I cannot move them. I have 5 different content classes and I can't search for the Form that I need in an efficient manner. Please create folders that we can label and move forms into. Just like a regular folder on a desktop. It is just a random list. No organization, not efficient, not going to be easy to use in the future.

Dear Forms user,
Appreciated for all your great comments and feedback! We hear you and are actively working on it. Please tell us more about your requirements and needs on Forms organization and management!
Thank you so much for sharing your time!

Not only can Forms not be filed into different folders, but the search function no longer works. It's becoming increasingly difficult to use this service efficiently. When will search function for Forms be restored?

How about creating an option to sort the forms by name/date created/date modified/size/ even color so we could use our own system to organize them? Also, the practice of putting the most recently viewed first should be made an option. Thanks!

Please add the option of using folders for Forms. It’s would also be useful if we could sort them. I teach 6 grade levels and change the theme as a way for me to more easily find certain forms. I also pin the ones I’m currently using, but each time I open a pinned one, when I click back to see the other pinned forms, it goes right back to the whole list so I have to keep clicking on pinned. The Forms themselves are great, but the organization features are lacking.

As others have said, just allow us to organise forms somehow. Really doesnt have to be fancy but anyone teaching and using assignments and forms through Teams as well as in school for feedback or other administration will rapidly create or have hundreds of forms. All on one page just does not work at all. It is pretty dreadful to be honest.
What about just allowing 'tags'/'categories on forms as a quick initial work around? So forms could be filtered by a tag or category. At least that would allow some level of organisation and really couldnt be that difficult to implement in the short term.
The ability to have subfolder would be a real bonus in addition to maybe customise the look of each folder. But honestly - just the ability to organise forms would make it easier.

As a teacher who is now online full time, I am using several forms a week and need someway to keep them organized. I'd prefer the option to make subject specific file folders to keep the forms and quizzes in. As it it, I have to scroll through pages of tiles which is not very efficient.

The folder option doesn't need to be fancy (but would be great to have color choices). Simply the option to name the folder to allow to organize the forms.

As a teacher - and having moved to remote learning, I use forms for quizes and checking understanding every lesson. A folder system is desperetly needed to save time and congative load - especially right now! Teaching 14 classes fortnightly has the potential to be car crash without the facility to organise efficiently. We need this implemented as soon as humanly possible please! Thank you!!

A folder to organise forms would be really helpful. Especially if you want to use them as a regular resource in schools.

Seriously!!! This suggestion goes back years! If microsoft needs any help creating folders, just ask just about any web developer. So sad and lame.

I have the same problem. I have so many forms and would like to organize them into folders. Google drive does it very easily and just like a filing cabinet you can put files into folders. This would be very helpful. Thank you.

The more forms I create, the more ineffective I become. I can't find the form I needed in a "sea" of forms.
A filing system uses in 365 ecosystems such as OneDrive and SharePoint filing system will be huge help!.

This would be so helpful to organize files. I teach 40 classrooms as an encore teacher and things are currently all over the place.

I would also like to echo the desire to have some sort of organizing functionality in MS Forms. The ability to create sub-directories within your MS Forms account would be perfect. There are users within the organization I work for that have created several dozen surveys and need a better method to organize them.

Thanks for the update, @966111106-yuanquan-hu, and for the "tell us more" form link - I completed the feedback form and look forward to seeing this appear on https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=In%20development&searchterms=forms
I'm pleased the feedback form suggested there might be an option for Forms to be stored in SharePoint/OneDrive as this would potentially facilitate the transfer of Forms from one Azure tenant to another (of particular interest to UK schools who migrate to a central multi-academy trust tenant).
