Forms email notification
In a group form, the email notification does not work! In a group form, it would be helpful if the sender of the form could choose who in the group got the email notification. Please add a field to the email notification to indicate which email to send the notification to.
I agree with this, and would like this feature to continue working once there is more than one owner viewer of the form
Yes this would be nice.
But it is very simple for Outlook email to make a rule to forward to designated people. No need for a flow. In Outlook Rules and Alerts. When an Email comes to the administrator, you can make a rule that says when a specific email header is detected, (usually the Form name) then forward to certain people. Then you make your email list. Quite easy. Then only the people who need to see that form will get the email to go check out the Form responses. (After you have shared and given permission)
I am having the same issues. I wish I knew how to make a flow like Geri Johnson. We have many forms available for people to take, except they are not utilized regularly, so it's nice to be notified when we need to review requests that were submitted. The feature is there for forms, but it doesn't seem to work consistently, or at all.

Notifying the group is not working 98% of the time. Typically, the creator of the form gets the notification instead of group. This was working better, but seems to be consistently busted even with new forms created. I had to create a flow in Power Automate as a workaround.
