I just went through the effort of creating a form, just to find out at the very end that it was a waste of time because I can't accept file uploads. Why does this keep happening with Microsoft products? Are they really so closed-minded to think we only work with people in our org? Very disappointing.

When we create a new form and put the option to upload files it does not allow sharing with anyone, only with people in my organization. It would be interesting to open this option, as many people need to send the form outside the organization to collect responses and files.

How Microsoft have updated Forms is really great. However we really need the upload document function to be anyone with the link rather than limited to within our organisation. Do you think this is possible soon. Otherwise will stick with Google Forms and Survey Monkey.

We're deperately in need of Forms to handle upload of now-very-common 3D files such as .obj, .stl, .3mf - source files such as .3dm and .max are currently supported, but it would be much more useful (and efficient!) to be uploading output formats.
(Or even give us a means of customising the list of allowable mime types?)
Please! :D -

Please add more file types to upload, like .stl, .dwg. .dxf. and other CAD file type. Why restrict file type upload? It just limits the possibility

In Education - Upload option provide means to collect student work and review their work. Also if allowed for anonymous user then it can be used as application form for various activities such as event, admission, scholarship.
Currently upload option is available but it is not stable at all. It accepts response of few students and shows error for most of the students. We have checked all settings and also raised service ticket but no solution. We thought to add it here so that development team can work on it and make it more stable feature.
We have attached screen shot for your reference. File size is less than 10 MB, student is part of organisation (as well as Class Team), file is jpg file which is allowed - still we get error for most of the students. This feature has to be stable in order to give ease of operation in collecting and reviewing student work. Thank You

And only put the restriction on the type of file format to .exe only. It is worthless unless we can do any file format.
