enable option to record names and emails of survey participants outside my organization
I'm using this survey to assess Skills outside my organization and to identify gaps based on the results. You don't provide the option to record names and emails for participants outside my organization. If a user takes the survey twice, my results are skewed and I can't delete the duplicate response.

Absolutely extraordinary that we should have to be requesting this simple basic feature.
my work around for this is to have a question with a text box. Then it gets populated into the downloaded spreadsheet.
what is the point having the form survey function if the survey function cannot record the name of the ones who is from outside of org and filled the survey?
It specifically gives me a message in the preview [user name] the administrator will get a copy of your responses - and then doesn't record that they are my responses. In what conceivable situation would I send any conceivable survey outside my organization and not record names/emails?
We want to use the quiz option for new trainees that are not in our organization for administration and do not need or have an account connected with us. It would be highly beneficial to be able to create self grading quizzes and surveys to share with trainees associated with other schools using our curriculum to be able to collect their name and email without being directly in our administration. As well as limit how many times they can respond. I am aware these are features if they are in the administration. Unfortunately those that need to do these quizzes are not.
I cannot record email addresses that are specifically asked for. This is very frustrating.
