Similar functionality exists with Approvals in Power Automate to allow users to approve / deny and then comment on requests for approval directly within an email, both in OWA and Outlook. It would be great if this could be adapted to Froms.
Agreed, embedding the forms in email will really enhance usability and engagement with surveys
Agreed! This must be compatible with all major email clients. This will help get users complete forms quickly, no need to click links, open browsers, wait for loading etc. Simply complete a quick form/questionnaire etc from outlook.
Something that takes say couple minutes can be completed sub-minute.
Seen a few UserVoice's related to this, i.e. https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/32972827-add-ability-to-have-form-within-email
Does it matter? commented
Agreed, however should be supported on any HTML compatible email platform (Gsuite, Office, iOS & Android email clients) with short-link fallback in case client isn't able to show HTML content.
