Fix number of question to be answered from a pool of 30 or more questions

I would like to create one form with 30 questions but in one attempt one person should not have option to do more than 15 questions.
Is this feature available.
In other words in a pool there are 30 or more questions in Forms, but the person is required to action only 15 questions as set.
