Access control management
Currently Microsoft Forms support only 2 permission level
1. Anyone with the link can respond (This enables both internal and external user to access and respond to the form)
2. Only people in my organization can respond (This enables only internal people to respond to the form).
In case if we need to control within the organization for a particular group of people then it is not possible in Forms today. Say for. eg., if I want to conduct a confidential survey within my department then it is not possible to control the access within my department. This is very much needed feature for the larger organization.

This is very important. My organization will move to Google just for this

When will this feature be added. We had an assessment today using forms and had some issues due to other family members being students at the same institution and sharing devices.

Please add a third permission level with which we may limit access to forms/quizzes for specific users.

Please add the Form-specific ability to restrict access to it via AAD Security or Office365 groups.

I also want to restrict the form to only teachers in my organization. It is really needed, because there are so many things which only be provided by techers and / or office staffs. But if students have that link then they also can fill this form !
It is really useful to each and every organization. -

It is (as of around July 27) possible to limit collaborators to certain users, but not respondents.

hi, is there already a possibility to include only a selected group of people of the organization?

This is a no-brainer; should be there by default

please provide this option very soon, as some forms are restricted to leads.

I completely agree - we need to restrict who can access or use a form in our organisation. We're keen to use O365 increasingly to manage workflows so not to have this ability in MS forms if very frustrating. Please consider making this change a priority if possible

Fully agree with all the above. Strange that this is not included right from the start.

Yes. We need this feature urgently and it will enhance the Forms in better way and it will increase its usability.
Organizations have many cases where these forms must be limited to some group of people or to only the email id for which form is shared. Please get this feature ASAP. Its need of time.

This is very essentials for teachers who is conducting online quizes and we dont want every one of in the class to give a same quiz. So, that I can give 2 or more quizes as group quizes and collect the responses.

Hi Group based permissions are really needed especially in educational institutions... during this time, we are relying more on forms to get certain assignments done by students and we don't want to mix classrooms

I agree. If this is not in place we have to find a different tool for serveys. Group based permissions is a must.
