Enable Dropdowns (options) in mobile

Please make options with drop-down enabled to work when viewed from a smartphone.

The drop-down works great from a PC but when the form is viewed from a smartphone the dropdowns disappear and the radial button appears (making the form much longer and difficult to navigate / complete)
