Audit logs for Microsoft Forms
As with Teams etc, it would be great to have auditing information for forms appearing in the Security and Compliance Center in O365. We are often asked whether a form response was received by a particular user (for forms filled in by users within our organization) and it would be really useful to be able to do log searches to prove whether a user really did hit that submit button or not.

Same Issue. We had a Form setup for capturing user data. One day the form was heavily edited. Have no doubt it was a complete accident. For 2 months I've been asking and asking our staff if there is a way to pull an audit. Finally gave up.

It used to be the same for Sway, and now I've discovered its the same for Flow - why aren't these things joined up at delivering them - or at least a shorter period after they're GA. The ability to select the Flow actions are there in the audit log search refinement, but result in no data being fed back!

We need to be able to see who edited the questions on a form
We had someone change a question to an inappropriate one

My IT department head just asked last week if there was any way I (I'm a global admin) to determine who has created Forms and how they are being used. I had no way to provide that information. They're even considering turning off the application because of security concerns. Sending a "Collaboration" link to someone which will allow them to edit the form and also see the results can be forwarded on to someone else. A huge security concern. We need more tools to monitor new Microsoft apps. No app should ever be released without a way for Admins to manage the darn things. Very frustrating.
