Templates
Instead of creating a new form for every class scheduled, create a number of template forms that can be opened, modified, personalized if necessary before sharing.
We make email templates for repeated emails, we make word templates for repeated items, why not forms?

Dear Forms user,
Greatly appreciated for sharing the feedbacks in the survey and comments. Given we’ve heard many inspiring suggestions, this survey is closed.
Next step, we are driving the effort to onboard template to Forms users soon.

Completely agree with the comments on the impact this has on corporate branding

i also use it for event registration, it would be very helpful also if it has a feedback option to the person filling in the form. For example, a confirmation email. Btw, i love the QR code option. tq

When I am copying a form it doesn't copy the images in the questions. I have found a work around if you share the form and send yourself the link to duplicate it, it will have the images attached. It seems like a glitch in the system that the images don't follow the form when being copied.

I've tried uploading pictures and logos and they are very blurry, it won't let me upload a high resolution photo. I tried making a sheet of smaller logos hoping they would not be blurry, but they still were. Maybe I'm not doing it right?

Please create an import template so that we can upload multiple questions (with correct answers + feedback).
It could be something simple like how Socrative uses an Excel spreadsheet template or even the Aiken or Gift format for moodle in a plain .txt file.

I manage separate tenancies for a variety of customers and would like to have the same questionnaire for each customer in their Office 365 tenancy.

My team is duplicating a "template" form using the "Copy" icon. In some cases, some or all of the questions in the new form are lost. Please advise if this is a known issue with a cause that we can try to avoid. We are using Forms as part of a much larger business process that uses Flow and Google Sheets, so it's critical that the "copy" feature works consistently.

Can you allow us (Internal Communications) to provide templates for form creators to use, rather than us having to send them the template link? Can we also remove the unbranded default themes?

Template functionality exists today, but it feels more like a workaround than a feature. I can "flag" a form as a template by using the word "template" in the title. Then I can find a template by searching for "template," and I can create a new form from the template by using the copy feature. It works fine, but it feels a little hacky.
Taking the concept a bit further, I'd really like to see a "favorite template" option that adds a button on the main screen allowing me to quickly create a new copy from my frequently used template.

Give control of the form header for custom background and font styling. Allow fonts sizes and colors to be set.

The pixelation of uploaded images is nonsensical. It seems whatever is uploaded is downscaled to like 400px wide and then stretched to fit the screen. This approach is ridiculous as no part of the image is even displayed at less than a width of 850px.
The layout seems to be designed around the assumption of approximately 1920 x 1080 screen size, so why aren't images saved at that scale?

enable Flow to email the person who completed the Form so a template response similar to 'thanks for your feedback' can be created

I support this request 100%. I need the form to be created within excel which gives me the flexibility of storing it in teams. My end goal is to have this information produce results in powerbi that can be relayed back to various teams/stakeholders.
However, i tried to copy and paste an excel spreadsheet and rename it hoping that there would be minor adjustments made to the copy. The form data is no longer recognized and another sheet is created (form2) and its a blank canvas meaning I have to build the form again from scratch. Very time-consuming exercise and makes it hard for me to fathom why

We really need this as soon as possible. We are using forms in the school office to collect student data from parents. We need to be able to create form templates that can be copied & moved with in sharepoint. If you duplicate a from it creates the excel sheet in your onedrive - once you move it to desired sharepoint folder the form is no longer available.

Yes, it would be great if there was guidance similar to the "Customize Network Masthead and Logo" design section in Yammer. E.g.
"For best results, choose a GIF, JPEG, or PNG image with a height of 40 and width of 160 pixels. "

I completely agree. I'd like the form to properly represent a new branding that our organization is promoting, but the lack of ability to edit the theme is preventing that from being possible.

I love that we can choose our own theme background, but I'd like to be able to choose the color of the form as well. Since it currently defaults to the green form color when you have a custom background, it is much harder for me to use the custom option. The green sometimes clashes with the custom theme background.

Please extend this to the background/foreground color of the questions!
