Instead of creating a new form for every class scheduled, create a number of template forms that can be opened, modified, personalized if necessary before sharing.
We make email templates for repeated emails, we make word templates for repeated items, why not forms?
Dear Forms user,
Greatly appreciated for sharing the feedbacks in the survey and comments. Given we’ve heard many inspiring suggestions, this survey is closed.
Next step, we are driving the effort to onboard template to Forms users soon.

Copy form template into or between Team sites and SharePoint groups
The ability to remove\edit the header and footer is a must for my company.
and the results to move between, as we move primary schools between their current and new homes, they loose the data
Yes, this is very necessary. We use the forms for registration for our afterschool clubs - and we don't want to have to re-create those every semester. We use forms for Excel so that we can see and share the live spreadsheet (registration list), but the set up time is so much more time consuming now that we cannot copy an existing form, but have to start from scratch.
The new updates (19 Oct 2018) is a step in the right direction but in order for Forms to compete with the likes of Survey Monkey, Question Pro, JotForms, etc, there needs to be a lot more.
The ability to modify the look and feel precisely is very important to my client's Corporate Identity. They are leaning towards QuestionPro in this respect as it allows a CSS to be embedded to change it to the way it looks precisely to they need . The forms feature set (question types, rules, etc) in QP is also very complete.
This is a must have in my opinion. I would love to create a custom style sheet.
Enable formatting options similar to Sway to create sections and ability to add in variety of media options. Mirror same theme's and customise options from Sway as well as including the ability to duplicate, save as template and print

The benefits of having Microsoft forms that integrate well with flow are greatly outweighed by competition third party forms because you can design them to match company branding.
Having users be able to see an Event on SharePoint, click add to Calendar, and have that be added to their primary calendar on Outlook desktop & Outlook cloud, is needed

Agree. At least let me select the background color and the color of the header separately

Keen to have the ability to change the header background so we can use our brand colours!
From a marketing / brand standards point of view we need the colours on the background to be correct please!

We have a lovely branded (Yellow) Christmas themed image to use as a forms theme. But the head Microsoft Forms has supplied becomes a dirty brown! Looks really awful - can we change it please
So, anyone from MS looking and this and doing this? Bc it's an obvious one to do.
Different colors allows for easier differentiation of forms. Especially when they can't be placed in folders.
Enable editting of the excel results such as hiding of columns or choose a template for results flow into
My idea would be to create a form template where we could only change the options of the fields already set and that this form already comes with the integration of flow.
Currently when I submit a satisfaction survey at the end of the project I have two options:
Or I delete all the answers and change one of the fields of the questionnaire, thus maintaining the integration of the flow that synchronizes the responses in the sharepoint where power bi picks up the information or I need to create a new form, respecting all the fields and create a new flow workflow to do this integration.
With the template form this would be much easier to do

Yes, please! It sure doesn't look good that when you choose to upload a theme that the header of the Form stays green.
Please add the possibility for corporate branding customisation. It's very important nowadays with all the spam and business filters.
Agreed, been about a year, you'd think this would be higher on the list of improvements.
