Instead of creating a new form for every class scheduled, create a number of template forms that can be opened, modified, personalized if necessary before sharing.
We make email templates for repeated emails, we make word templates for repeated items, why not forms?
Dear Forms user,
Greatly appreciated for sharing the feedbacks in the survey and comments. Given we’ve heard many inspiring suggestions, this survey is closed.
Next step, we are driving the effort to onboard template to Forms users soon.
make excel much more easier to fill up...create as a form for other user
Forms needs to be more user friendly, check out iAuditor at https://safetyculture.com/ as a template
Agree with David about the padding. If it's too much to allow for completely customizable CSS, then at least I would like to see a "Normal/Compact" toggle. I can only see three questions in my embedding, where at least five could have been visible.
Many Microsoft products have an online library of templates -- it would be nice if Forms users could publish their templates to a public library too. As a user, I could browse the library & select a form that matches my need.

Surveys and quizzes aren't the only types of forms businesses and people create to collect data. It wold be nice to have more types of forms available to us than the ones currently offered.

I use Forms all the time for event registrations. Having the ability to respond back with a calendar appointment once the attendee submits the form would be tremendously helpful!

Agreed! Would love to have a post-training feedback template...anyone have one they're willing to share/post here?
I love Forms. But I NEEEEEED this to use it outside my organization.
Really need the ability to have some ability to tweak the css. For me the padding around the questions is massive and I should be able to override this to make my form more compact when I embed it on a SP Page.
1. Template formatting- there is a lot of wasted space when a form is printed. . Make more compact, reduce paper and show better
2. Add title and ‘completed by’ fields to printed form
3. Allow addition of company logo
Need to be able to change fonts, add logo etc. Generic look and feel is far to, well, generic.
There should be ready templates for Microsoft Forms?
I can find many templates in SurveyMonkey or many others in the internet.
But I don't see a template facility or an easy upload facility in forms.
Thanks for recent product improvement.
Having the ability to use CSS is fundamental to our needs as a multi-service state government agency where branding changes across multiple agencies is an ongoing requirement.
BE able to basic formatting of the text in the description, i.e. bold, italics, underlining and cell formating (NPS collor box, optios by collor
+ option to track users (Id by users
We are desperately trying to adjust internal questionnaires to match our branding per department. It's becoming very frustrating to try and hack the HEX/RGB codes of a form color just to match with the several health care departments we support.

Forms generates a link .. but it appears the set up work has not been completed to enable use of the link.

Copy form template into or between Team sites and SharePoint groups
The ability to remove\edit the header and footer is a must for my company.
and the results to move between, as we move primary schools between their current and new homes, they loose the data
Yes, this is very necessary. We use the forms for registration for our afterschool clubs - and we don't want to have to re-create those every semester. We use forms for Excel so that we can see and share the live spreadsheet (registration list), but the set up time is so much more time consuming now that we cannot copy an existing form, but have to start from scratch.
