Instead of creating a new form for every class scheduled, create a number of template forms that can be opened, modified, personalized if necessary before sharing.
We make email templates for repeated emails, we make word templates for repeated items, why not forms?
Dear Forms user,
Greatly appreciated for sharing the feedbacks in the survey and comments. Given we’ve heard many inspiring suggestions, this survey is closed.
Next step, we are driving the effort to onboard template to Forms users soon.
It would be good to add the ability to use your own CSS in a form - the current themes have the questions spaced away and if someone wants to reduce this, there is no option for CSS.
Under "Share" there is already an option "Share as a template" which allows you to get the URL to a duplicate form. Paste that URL in a new tab to get an exact copy then rename it as Form Template or something. I use this as we often have to create identical forms in English and Welsh. so to save time I create the English, get a template URL and then change all the entries on the copy to Welsh. it has saved me a lot of time already.
I have the same problem. Some questions are OK, some are missing the scale.
The lack of color control, logo, etc.. make Form "Pro" not usable :( This has gap has been around since 2017!!! Microsoft, you cannot be taking this product seriously. Worse of all, you are forcing your Dynamics 365 users to only be using Forms Pro, but yet, SurveyMonkey is way more powerful... What is going on?
This item shows "working on it" since 2017... Do you only have an single intern working on it... damn, this is frustrating.

I had selected a theme for my form based on suggested themes. I was happy with the theme but wanted to try out other themes. As I clicked other themes, they got applied but I did not like them and wanted to go back to the same theme.. but I did not find that theme anymore. There was no way to go back to the theme I had. Please provide option to either undo theme change or mark a theme as favorite so that it is possible to go back to earlier theme if I don't like any of the currently suggested ones.
- the themes do not allow for easy reading.
To whom it may concern,
I suggest creating more templates in Microsoft Forms, for I wish to create a sign-up sheet, but cannot find the right prompt.

Combining survey templates
Currently there is no feature to combine templates when survey content is made into a template, thus I hope such a feature will be implemented.
And also for the email templates :-) :-)
When creating a Microsoft Form the template should use the same colours/fonts etc as it does in preview mode. When clicking preview the design of a template shouldn't change as it means you have to rework your design and use guesswork - this wastes time and is essentially pointless
allow to customize mutliple themes in forms
I work at a high school, and use a form for room change notices when teachers relocate their classes. I would like to be able to open and share the results in Excel with only the answers to the questions, from the newest date to the oldest date, without having to sort, hide, and delete adjustments on a daily basis before sharing. Thank you
How funny! I just shared the same idea. Thank you for your concern to show God's value of all people regardless of skin color. I'm sure it wasn't intentional by Microsoft but I don't want it to be overlooked.
Most of your background templates/pictures for the Forms App do not include racial diversity, God's creativity among humanity. Whenever you take pictures of arms, people, hands, etc. please consider using racially diverse pictures. Thanks!

This would be super helpful.
My form has around 99 questions. When I try to duplicate this, It does not copy the entire quiz. So Frustrating,
I'd like to some templates (e.g. as questionnaires, purchase orders, etc)
It will be easier to use for getting started if a template is implemented.
(Google Form has a lot of templates.)
but I would like to Cheer Microsoft Products!

can you please implement that users have more possibilities with custom themes in MS Forms? currently it is not possible to use a white header background, because otherwise all symbols and the submit button will be white on a whithe background
