Add images for each individual option in a multi choice question

Hi,

It would be really handy to have the ability to insert images which are associated to the option in a multi option question.

For example:
If you are running a voting ballot, allowing a photo next to a statement by the candidate would be more engaging.

Adding an image next to the option allows the user of the form to quickly contextualize the question and the options being provided (a picture says a thousand words).

    Hello,

    I want to add pictures in options of multiple choice questions. anyone help me how to add images in options

    1.5 years later, I am assigned a similar request to set up a survey with images to vote on the best choice.
    This feature would have made this task as easy as can be, but instead I'm now looking at google forms or similar to accomplish this.

    Please add this functionality.

How it works
