It would be very helpful to have a Teams Form linked to a SharePoint list for tracking purposes, and also to be able to add more columns for the survey receivers (i.e., a checkbox to mark whether action has been taken on the survey).

Please make it possible to share forms in specific "forms" folders, or at the very least for approved users of a SharePoint to access the forms from an Icon on the SharePoint site. Including Link Functionality would go a long way.
This would really help with group forms coming from Teams where a SharePoint Site has been created by the Team process but no link for viewing the 'group' forms exists and its management is completely manual. While at the same time making sure it is read-only by members not editable by them.
It's confusing to many that you can create a Form in OneDrive and Groups, but in a SharePoint Document Library you get the Excel Survey option instead. Please standardize this with Forms available in SharePoint Document Libraries.

Needs also to be integrated with SharePoint so Forms can be launched within a SharePoint List or Document Library
