Forms Results, Make it Open in Excel Online instead Saving to Hard Drive

When Viewing Forms Results, it shows a Link for "Open in Excel"

When you click on that, it Opens a Windows message to save to hard drive. Why not open in Office Online?

It is time consuming to save and then re-upload to share with the team. Please Fix This!

It seems like it is meant to open up in Office Online (Office 365), but it was just coded wrong.
