Fix Excel online integration
I created a Form from an online Excel document in my OneDrive. I needed to create another Form that was very similar, so from Forms, I clicked to copy my first Form. The new duplicate Form created another Excel Online document to store responses, but the Excel document did not appear in the same folder as the first Form's Excel document. Instead it appeared in my top-level OneDrive folder. As soon as I tried to move the Excel Online document to the right folder, the link broke and the Form permanently stopped recording results.
1) When you copy a Form that was made to connect with Excel Online, the new duplicate Form's corresponding Excel document should appear in the same folder as the first Form's Excel document.
2) Moving Excel Online documents should not permanently break the Form. Moving the Excel document back to its original folder doesn't fix the problem--the Form just becomes useless. I'm very glad I tested this BEFORE I sent the link to anyone.
3) Forms that do not have working Excel documents should be labeled with some type of WARNING message. If I hadn't double-checked the See Results button, I might not have known that it was permanently broken, and I could have sent it out without anyone noticing that it wasn't collecting responses until too late.

This is a very irritating thing with Microsoft Forms. Is there a way to fix it?
