Add a field in the configuration to send notifications to a group of email addresses/alternate email address
Yes - we want to be able to have the responses go through to a shared mail box, not to the person's who created it
totally agree. I would like to see more than one email address notification be added besides my own so a fellow co worker can receive notification of every response that is completed, so there is always one other person receiving notifications.
In an enterprise environment, how do you expect the use of Forms to scale if responses can only be sent to the person who creates the form?

This is a great idea! I would like to be able to change the email address from mine to a shared team mailbox. For example, I created a form for our department website for users to submit issues and comments. I would prefer the email go to the email account sent up for the website and not to me.
