Provide a quicker way to add multiple options in an "option" style question
Many times, the list of options for a question of type "option" comes from some external source. Occasionally there are relatively many options (e.g.: a list of class members)
At this time, the only way to add them, is to repeatedly click "add option" and enter the text.
It should not be hard to create a way to paste a delimited text that adds all "items" as options to the question (and from there on, it's probably not hard to create even better options).
Note: even better would be if you could point Forms to an existing file (e.g. some list or table in an Excel file) that contains the options...

You can actually do that, you have to have your options one option per line and you can just copy/paste and it will get ingested. I have done it several times and it works. I admit, it is not documented, and the user interface is not making it clear that it is possible, but try and see.
I sometimes just have the options in Excel column and copy and paste from Excel into the form
yes very much needed!
This is essential for us now, please can you look into it - would be such a great addition
Agreed 100%! It is important to have the ability to use the same dropdown list across multiple forms - e.g. if you have a list of managers, you would want to update that list in 1 location (table, text list, online form, etc.) and have it push to all of your forms.
