Ability to turn share a survey outside organization without form being marked Anonymous
We are using the form as a guest survey that requires a name and contact information be provided. We offer a prize incentive for anyone completing the survey and need a way to contact the winners.
People are confused by the form having a subheading that says "Your response is anonymous" but the first question requires them to identify themselves.
It would be great to be able to turn that marking off or on depending on the intended use of the form.
Thanks for sharing
I agree. When exporting to Excel, or even looking at "More Details" in a question, if anyone can respond, name shows anonymous. A different column or set of information from the survey could be linked instead of anonymous as the name.

After March 23, 2018, external users will no longer see content that has been shared with Everyone, All Authenticated Users, or All Forms Users. Only a small number of tenancies use this permissions model to grant access to their specific external invited guests. Content that has been permissioned to these groups will, by default, be visible only to your users within your organization's tenancy.
