Number in Excel file
I suggest that the number type fields of the form are not type text in the exported EXCEL file.
For those of us who are not advanced users of Excel, this makes it challenging to have to convert text to numeric data to be able to pivot the data.

Agree - it is ridiculous to not have a response of type "number", especially if you're exporting to excel. It is unfathomable that this was developed without planning for numerical data!

This is absolutely ridiculous! You specify "only a number" then it outputs deliberately in text!!

I agree. Having a single number that you want to add up later in excel, the column has to be converted to numbers first, then the formula made to work with the column. When I used excel and went backwards to forms, it allowed for a number entry. Now, in forms the number entry is text and has to be converted
