A survey we use use a rating system of 1-5 which works very well with the current setup. However all questions may not be applicable (N/A).
I would the option to add a N/A button on top of the 1-5 rating. I don't feel that not answering the question is necessarily the same.
I am adding to this because I was using the Likert form but there is no n/a option available there which causes issues in the results

This option is fundamental, it's a shame to have to force people to answer something, just because the option does not exist.
btw 2 years later.. no moves for this feature also a shame :(
N/A in whatever way it is written needs to be a general option in every survey which tries to be a serious one. Otherwise people are forced either to rate something they cannot really rate or they will most likely exit the survey.
n/a is a common option in surveys. It is definitely have required and I'm surprised it's not yet available as standard.
This is crazy it is not available out of the box.
Did you ever get anywhere with this? I am having the same issue.
