increase the limit to add questions in a form.
I need to enter 177 questions, but was cut off at 95. The option to add another question was greyed out. Is the question limit a local setting set by the organization, or in MS Forms itself? If in Forms, then the suggestion would be to address it, but if a local setting, then I can investigate that.
There are a lot of limits in this form option I just want to make a simple form on this form but I have been stuck in every point , neither you can add more option , nor you can add more questions , also if want to control by branching this is also not working.
enable more than 95 questions
As per the summary I would like to use forms to conduct a Maturity Model assessment for the organisation I currently work for. The questionnaire has 140 questions so in order to complete the questionnaire in full I will need to set up two. This discourages people from volunteering to complete the form as it is perceived as more work. Is the limit of 95 able to be increased via an Admin level role? If so I will speak to our O365 admins to get it increased.
Allow teachers to add more than 95 questions to the Forms quiz
Confirmed with PMM, 5000 is the most

Is there a limit on the number of questions you can make in Forms? I made a form with 12 questions but only 10 showed when it was sent out.
