increase the limit to add questions in a form.
I need to enter 177 questions, but was cut off at 95. The option to add another question was greyed out. Is the question limit a local setting set by the organization, or in MS Forms itself? If in Forms, then the suggestion would be to address it, but if a local setting, then I can investigate that.
This cant be stressed enough - I'm a medical professional with an extensive Medical History Form background check - its simply awkward to have to split my standard medical form into 2 parts. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.
In the end - its just miniscule bytes of text data in an excel form - I dont see why there should be ANY limit!
My q's are structured as: Question, Response Y/N-N/A, Comment - This means I can only have a max of 33 questions assuming I don't need to capture name, location of respondent.

It shouldn't be that difficult. I am sure this program was designed for education uses, but it has incredible use in other environments. Knock this one out Microsoft!
Not enough room for the amount of questions I need, so I'm going to try a competitor. Not much else to it.
Please raise the limit, the low current limit is making many employees go to alternative options. I would greatly appreciate a limit increase. A likert question will use up 1 question of the limit for every sub-question so you can quickly use up the 100 items in 20 or more questions.
My form is cut at 56 questions.
No user needs to answer all of them, because the questions depend on choises.
Why is there such a low limit?
I tested Forms Pro, and it is exacty the same.
Please, this needs to be fixed quickly.

Something at lease reasonable like 150 to 200 would be useful - otherwise its really not keeping up with the competition out there.
This form was going to be really beneficial for us however not being able to insert the number of options we require makes the form useless. Please make number of options unlimited

Request raising the limit to at least 200 questions. And/or.. add in the ability to repeat sections "n" times which would help in my case as I'm using it to capture multiple multi-item records per user which is how I've used up 100 questions so quickly.
Please raise the limit. 100 line items is too restrictive and limiting.
Please raise the limit to at least 200 questions. Though I do not see why you would have a limit at all...
I have the same issue...We need to have more questions. In our case it is around 200.
I don't understand why there is such a low limit on question count.
Just spent and now wasted last hour creating a new questionnaire form and got to question 100 and cannot add more. Why has this been limited to 100???? Google forms is only limited by the number of rows in sheet (2m+). So if one of your prime competitors has allowed this why not increase to at least 500 which will cover most user requirements.
As seen by other comments your users are using google forms instead.
Please change this asap which cannot be difficult to do.
As per you mantra - we listen to our customers - please do

Would greatly appreciate some attention to this suggestion. Please increase the question limit, or if it's a simpler solution, at least make the Likert only count as 1 against the question total, particularly since there is already a built-in limitation of 10 options per likert. The overall 100 question limit would be much more manageable if each Likert option did not count as its own individual question. Thank you!
Found that MS Forms has a questions limit within a form (32 in my case).
Going back to Google Forms...
I would also like more questions available on Forms. I would vote for unlimited questions, but if we had to set a number, I'd go to 500. Thanks.
increase to 500 questions/form please
I mean if a Survey has 200 questions, is it really a survey or an interrogation? lol

These kinds of artificial limits need to be removed from products to make them truly valuable in an enterprise environment. It is disappointing that this has been here for nearly 2 years without any comment from Microsoft.

I have a question regarding the limit of 200 surveys in MS Forms. I wanted to ask the following:
1. What happens when the 200 limit has been met in MS Forms? Is the oldest survey deleted when a new one is created or you simply cannot create another one?
2. Does the 200 limit refer to the number of surveys created? Stored in one account? Or is this a limit on surveys which are all open (active) at the same time?
3. Is there any restriction on number of responses to the survey? Does it impact the 200 limit in any way?
