Enable uploading and downloading a form
It would be great to be able to upload a form stored as an Excel file, as well as download a form as an Excel or Word file.

It would also be great to be able to upload Word or Pdf docs for when my students are taking their quiz, they can reference the text like in our state standardized test.

Need to be able to export the questions to word or excel so we can circulate questions with others who we don't want in the actual Form

Specially in combination with Take-a-test is file upload really nice for tests writing essays so you can use Word offline and then turn in it by forms.
Hopefully soon

We use forms a lot and we currently have them distributed across several platforms. Since we subscribed to Office 365 we have been thinking of consolidate all of our surveys, quizzes etc. on Office forms but we won't invest in porting the forms until we have the possibility to export not only the data collected but also the forms themselves.

It has only four options for answers like Choice, Text, Rating and Date. But add another option File upload. So the respondents may upload images, PDF or document files.
